WHY ????????

This game glitches out all the time and I think I might of actually broke it .so what happened was i was walking on ice in creative mode and and I put down a boat but I could not get out no matter how I tried and I tried EVERYTHING !!!so then I turned it off . But when i turned it back on I was underneath the ice and there was no ground ! So then I dug a hole and I flew out of the ice and I kept flying around to find land . I flew a little hire and above me was water . So I flew over to it and bubbles appeared around me . By then I was annoyed so I exited out the game and deleted it . This could have been just a glitch but I did not want to risk it .
